1. No Out-of-State Rentals — We exclusively serve Houston, Texas and surrounding areas.

2. Delivery — Delivery is available on orders over $600 (delivery fee applies). Orders under $600 require client pick-up.

3. Client Pick-Up & Return — Rentals may be picked up as early as Thursday of the requested week and must be returned no later than the following Monday to avoid late fees.

4. Client Responsibilities — You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is large enough to safely transport all rented items. All items include dimensions for reference. We reserve the right to decline pick-up if items cannot be properly secured.

5. Custom Wraps — We do not offer custom wraps on rental items.

6. Paint Fees — White paint for columns: $15–$25. Custom paint for arches: $40–$60. All pedestals are standard white; no custom finishes available.
