Delivery and Pickup Policy
At this time we do not ship any of our products. All of our products are delivered already assembled or are constructed on-site for larger arrangements. When you place your order you must identify your preferred window of delivery at least three (3) business days in advance or we may be unable to guarantee delivery at the requested time.
If you or the intended recipient is unavailable/not responsive for dropoff we will attempt to reach you or the recipient by any of the following: phone call, text, email. If during the first attempt we cannot successfully deliver any of our products we will not leave the product at the door unless a written request is emailed or texted from you. If we do not receive permission to leave the product prior to arrival we will arrange a second attempt with either you or the recipient. After two failed delivery attempts we will not rearrange any future attempts and we will not issue a refund.
We reserve the right to change the delivery fee and additional delivery fee at any given point without prior consent to future orders placed on our website, via email or text messages.
We offer pickup for rental items and Luxe-to-go items, pick-up location will be provided once payment's been made.
